Shopping for Newborn baby
1. Babies don't like to be undressed time and again so choose dresses which are much easier to take off and on for both you and the baby. Must go for front open dresses.

2. Avoid wool or synthetic stuff for your baby. If you are making your baby wear wool clothing as outer layer then its' fine as wool clothing worn directly in contact with the skin can irritate your baby.

3. Buy clothes made up of cotton such as as vests and suits as they are not only soft but are also comfortable.

4. Babies grow very fast so you must try to buy the minimum number of clothes in each size.

5. While buying, try to avoid clothes with big collars, bows, buckles, anything that fastens up the back is a pain.

6. Buy baby clothes with soft fabrics.

7. If you are having baby in warm climate then make your newborn baby wear clothing made from cotton and if its colder temperate zones the clothing is made from wool that is soft to touch.

8. Choose clothes which are comfortable, soft and easy to take care of, as your baby will not leave you much time to do other trivial stuff such as handwashing and ironing.

9. Buy your newborn baby a couple of cute, cozy and soft hats. Just make sure that there are no irritating seams or rough fabric inside the lining.

10. Don't forget to buy loads of bibs for your baby. You can buy as many as you like .

11 Colorful and warm bunny rug to wrap around your baby, especially when newborn, so you should not buy much of fancy outfits for them.

12. As babies grow very fast and get more mobile you should take care if you are making them wear clothes of correct size to give them ample space for their body movements.

13. No need to buy shoes for your newborn baby.

14. Buy enough socks or booties to keep your babies feet warm and protected.

Given below is the list of things along with numbers that you will need for your newborn baby:

Vests - 10
Soft cotton hats - 3
Socks - buy as many as you can
Small pack of nappies
Cardigans or jackets (if it's winter)
jumpsuits for night - 2 to 3

cotton bunny rugs if its winter or muslin (gauze) wraps for summer - 3
