1. Start with your forehead. Relax your forehead. Pinch your eyebrows and stroke your forehead.
2. Relax your jaw (relaxed jaw is relaxed vagina).
3. Separate your teeth and let your tongue be static in the middle of your mouth.
4. Relax your shoulders.
5. Relax your elbows. Loosen them and move them away from your body.
6. Relax your hands.
7. Relax your feet.
